Maisonluxe was commissioned to design an exclusive lakeside villa that embodies timeless Italian elegance. The studio guided architectural concept, interior design, and landscape integration — creating a seamless dialogue between built form and natural beauty. The villa’s name, meaning “House of Gold,” symbolizes light, reflection, and the poetic balance between serenity and splendor.

Casa D’oro is an ode to Italian refinement — a villa poised between nature and art. The project draws on the emotional language of Lake Como, where stillness meets cinematic grandeur.
Maisonluxe envisioned a home that captures both intimacy and vastness, framed by golden light and living stone.
Design Approach
The architecture flows in gentle curves and quiet arcs, inspired by Renaissance proportion and modern sensuality.
Travertine, soft limestone, and brushed metal converge to reflect light like liquid across surfaces.
Details
Bespoke arched frames open toward the lake, while interiors merge seamlessly into gardens and terraces.
Every gesture — from shadowed corridors to water reflections — speaks to timeless balance and emotional depth.
